Daily Yoga
For us, this camp is as much of a Costa Rica yoga retreat as it is a surf camp. Many of the surfing instructors are also avid yogis. Daily Ashtanga and Hatha flow yoga lessons are held either on the beach, or in our exclusive studio perched high above the rainforest. Honestly, we couldn’t think of a more beautiful venue if we tried.

The benefits of yoga extend far beyond the physical, because it’s an effective way to relieve stress while promoting mental and spiritual balance. In addition to aiding in relaxation, Yoga is a fantastic way to supplement surf training as it improves core strength, balance and flexibility, all of which are essential tools for the killer surfer.
